Delivery and Returns
At Woods Guitars and Keys we offer free delivery within Australia for orders over $150, with the exception of some of our larger products (contact us for more detail or product-specific costs.)
All deliveries will be sent by Australia Post or Courier.
Orders up to $150 have a flat rate charge of $10.
We are HUGE on customer service. We will contact you if there are any delays in despatching your order and advise you the reason for the delay. Orders are subject to availability (stock levels are indicated in the online shop) and must contain a daytime delivery address, a contact name and phone number. When items are shipped via courier a signature is required upon receipt. Smaller, consumable items may come via Australia Post and do not need to be signed for.
We ship Australia wide. We do not currently offer International shipping.

At Woods Guitars and Keys we pride ourselves on stocking quality instruments and reputable brands. Our goods come with all guarantees included under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonable foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
To return an item, and so we can serve you best, the following procedure must be followed. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any item that does not comply with this procedure.
1. Item(s) must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging, with all included accessories, if applicable, and must not be damaged in any way.
2. To initiate a return, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within thirty (30) days of taking delivery of your product. Please include your name, best contact phone number, receipt details and product name. Where there is no proof of delivery, delivery date will be assumed to be four (4) business days from the date of dispatch. Return freight costs will be at your expense. Returned items will remain your responsibility during transit. We will not accept liability for damage which may occur during transit. Please pack your returned item(s) carefully.
3. Items that have been opened may be accepted back at our discretion. A restocking fee may apply.
